In many of my ceramic pieces you will find slight imperfections and marks left by the handmade process. These contribute to the uniqueness and beauty of the forms and are simply part of the character of the individual piece.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
For all non-customize orders:
Return an item due to dissatisfaction:
I try my best to clearly describe my items - so please read the description fully. It's highly important to me that you will be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied please contact me via Email within 3 days of receiving your purchase and let me know what the issue is.
Damaged item:
If upon receiving your purchase the item is damaged, contact me right away.
It is very important that you send me a picture of the item, the inside and outside packaging, and I will refund your purchase including the shipping costs.
If I have in stock an identical item I will be able to send it to you (instead of the refund) free of cost.
It is important to know that the color might be slightly different due to monitors differences.
CUSTOMIZE ORDERS POLICY:

Most of the products are 'Made for Order' which means they are not in stock.
After the purchase I'll start creating your item/s
Shipping:
All packages are sent via EMS international registered airmail from Israel which includes the tracking number.
If the item is ready to ship - once payment is received and cleared, I'll ship it within 1-3 business days (unless it says otherwise or its a made for order item)
Shipping to the USA usually takes between 14-28 days.
Packages to Europe and Canada usually arrives after 5-21 days.
Packages to Australia usually arrives after 14-31 days, but sometimes it takes more than a month.
Address:
Please make sure your shipping address in the order is correct, since this is the address that will be used to ship your item to.
If you would like your order to be sent to a different address than the one you have for shipping please let me know.
Express shipping:
If you wish express shipping (3-5 days), please contact me for costs.
Packing:
The item will be wrap in bubble wrap and/or other packing devises, new or reused (like newspaper)
If you need the item to be gift ready, please let me know via Email, and I will make sure it is beautifully wrapped, so you will only need to put it in a nice bag if you like.
Please note that once package is shipped I am no long in control of arrival times. If you are experiencing a delay please contact your local post office or contact me via Email and I will look into the matter for you to the best of my ability.
